Strategy Challenge

Strategy Challenge - Intercontinental Hotels Group - Green Upgrade

​

​For this group project, IHG asked EHL student's  to develop and present a new hotel concept, that would be innovative, fit within their actual hotels portfolio and follow IHG's strategical priorities. The concept should also be immediately operational, feasible and profitable.​

The concept we developed brings a certain financial profitability to IHG, follows the group's philosophy and gives IHG a pioneer image in the sustainable mass hotel industry. Considering the long term development perspectives, thanks to the eco-responsible processes creation, evaluation and validation, we assumed that the implementation of the green solutions that we describe in our report to all other IHG hotel properties will be possible.​

Our report was rewarded with the final grade of 5.5/6.

Sababeach "Castel Saba" - Garden's layout design

​

During my internship for Sababeach, I had to redesign & budget the new garden's layout. My task was also to look for partners and gardeners companies,as well as to supervise their work.

While designing, I developped my creativity. While budgeting & researching for partners, I learnt how to choose the best value for money fitting the projects requirements. Finally, during the works, I use my HR skills to better understand the workers' behaviors and performances.​

Modelling experiences

As a model, my goal is to participate in exclusive events and to enjoy working with fashion professionals, in a very tough industry. I actually had the chance to participate in several fashion shows and to take professional and private photo shootings.

This made me more self-confident and ambitious, but aware of the competitiveness in this particular industry.​
